We identified a gap in how vet clinics and pet owners manage care and stay connected. Rather than building one product, we built both sides of the relationship — a platform for clinics, and an app for pet parents.
The Problem
Pet care has two sides. Most tools only serve one.
Vet clinics manage appointments, records, client communications, and inventory using tools that are either outdated, generic, or not built for the specific demands of veterinary practice. Pet owners, on the other side, have little visibility into their pet's care history and no good way to stay connected with their clinic between visits.
We saw both problems clearly. So we built both solutions — and designed them to work together.
